We don't accept returns unless the product is defective. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage. Once verified, we'll issue store credit (no cash refunds). Return shipping is on the customer.

Yes! We use high-quality, skin-friendly and Nickel-free brass that's safe for most skin types. Still, if you have very sensitive skin, we suggest doing a small patch test first.
